Reporting to the SVP, Americas, the Vice President, Sales (East) is responsible for driving new business revenue growth across the Eastern United States, leading a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Directors. This executive will define and execute JAGGAER’s regional go-to-market strategy, expand market share, and cultivate strategic relationships with senior executives at key accounts.
This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in complex enterprise SaaS environments. The VP will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle and deliver consistent, scalable growth.

Role Qualifications
Position Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in senior regional or multi-regional leadership roles
- Consistent track record of exceeding $10M+ annual regional revenue targets
- Proven ability to engage and sell to C-level stakeholders in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams
- Strong operational rigor with a data-driven approach to forecasting, territory planning, and execution
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Nice to Have: Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supply Chain, or adjacent enterprise SaaS domains
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
