As we continue expanding our North American presence, we are looking for ambitious commercial talent to help drive the next phase of growth.


The Role

The Enterprise New Business Account Executive is responsible for winning new enterprise brand partners for SoPost across North America.


This is a hands-on individual contributor hunter role suited to a salesperson who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors and closing complex deals.


You will own the entire new business lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach through to pitching, negotiation and closing.


Following a successful sale, you will retain ownership of the relationship for up to 12 months, ensuring strong launch performance and identifying early expansion opportunities before transitioning the account to a long-term partnerships manager.


Success in this role is driven by net-new logo acquisition, pipeline creation and consistent delivery against new business revenue targets.


This role is hybrid and based in New York, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across beauty and CPG brands in North America
  • Build and execute a targeted outbound prospecting strategy
  • Generate a consistent pipeline through outreach, networking and industry engagement
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first contact through to negotiation and close
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and commercial proposals to senior marketing stakeholders
  • Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets
  • Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline and forecast within CRM
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across brands and agencies
  • Stay informed on the digital marketing ecosystem to effectively position SoPost within client strategies
  • Represent SoPost at industry events and prospecting opportunities


Essential Experience

We are looking for commercially driven individuals who can demonstrate clear ownership of new business sales performance.

Successful candidates will typically have:


  • 4+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role
  • A proven track record of winning net-new business
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
  • Experience selling marketing, media or technology solutions
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling and closing skills
  • Excellent commercial storytelling and presentation abilities
  • Experience managing pipeline using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce


What Great Candidates Can Clearly Demonstrate

During the interview process we will ask candidates to discuss their sales performance in detail.

Strong candidates will be able to clearly explain:

  • The revenue targets they personally carried
  • Their average deal size and sales cycle
  • The pipeline required to achieve quota
  • Their conversion rates across the sales funnel
  • Their personal role in prospecting, pitching and closing deals


Candidates who have worked alongside sales teams but have not personally owned revenue targets may find this role less aligned to their experience.

Hiring Process

30-minute video call with the Head of Brand Partnerships/COO


Stage 2

Asher online sales aptitude assessment


Stage 3

Pre-interview task and commercial presentation to senior leadership, followed by a panel interview


Stage 4

Final conversation with our Founder & CEO


Candidates should expect to discuss their sales metrics and performance in detail during the interview process.

This role is New York-based, and starting employment will be conditional on the candidate's right to work in the US. Visa sponsorship is not available through SoPost.
