Position Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Publisher Account Manager at Ads and More. The Publisher Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with traffic suppliers, optimizing ad placements, and maximizing revenue for both parties. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support to publishers and to the internal Account Management team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traffic partners
• Act as the main point of contact for all publisher inquiries and needs
• Ensure publishers feel supported and valued in the partnership
Performance Optimization
• Monitor ad performance metrics and campaign results daily
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and propose them to the AM
• Optimize ad placements to maximize revenue for both parties
• Implement performance marketing strategies to boost results
Revenue Growth
• Work to increase revenue streams for publishers and the company
• Identify new opportunities to expand existing partnerships
• Negotiate terms and agreements that benefit both sides
Support & Communication
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to publishers
• Answer questions and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Keep publishers informed about new opportunities and updates
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and report on key performance indicators on each campaign (KPIs)
• Create regular performance reports for publishers and internal teams
• Use data insights to make recommendations for improvements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in account management and relationship management
• Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and ad optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
