We are supporting a fast-growing French AdTech company, recognized as one of the most dynamic players in the European tech ecosystem. The company develops a proprietary suite of advertising technology solutions.
They are looking for an AdTech Specialist / Technical Account Manager to take ownership of technical integrations on the demand side, while also optimizing CTV and mobile environments, particularly around monetization challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Lead partner integrations : onboard and integrate new advertising partners, including publishers and bidders, while configuring and optimizing monetization settings end-to-end to maximize revenue.
- Support supply-side integrations : Support publishers in integrating their inventory with the company’s Prebid stack, and onboard/manage strategic supply partners across Web, In-App and CTV, both before and after integration.
- Act as the technical and solution expert : Independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SDKs, OpenRTB, GAM and Prebid, with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Analyze platform performance : Leverage data tools such as SQL, Grafana and BI platforms to identify revenue opportunities, build monitoring dashboards and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Manage technical projects end-to-end : Structure, plan and drive integration or optimization projects in close coordination with Product, Data and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with CSM and Supply teams : Work with customer-facing and supply teams to resolve technical issues raised by publishers, translate complex technical topics into clear explanations and train non-technical teams.
- Contribute to the product roadmap : Share client insights, challenge Product teams and suggest product improvements based on concrete field feedback.
- Drive automation and AI adoption : Identify recurring manual tasks, propose automation opportunities and intelligently integrate AI tools such as LLMs, scripts and internal tools into daily workflows.
Profile
- You have solid experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering within an SSP / programmatic advertising environment.
- You have a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, combined with a solid technical background.
- You have already worked on the demand side, supporting and integrating bidders.
- Experience with In-App and/or CTV environments is a strong plus.
- You are comfortable working with data, including SQL and BI tools, to extract insights and support informed decision-making.
- You are able to manage cross-functional technical projects autonomously, from scoping and structuring through to delivery.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Notion would be appreciated, and a strong interest in AI tools and use cases would be a real plus.
- Fluency in English is essential.
