Looking for an exciting opportunity in the water treatment industry? Join our team as a Key Account Manager in the Western US!
What You'll Do
- Manage an assigned account or group of accounts, creating value for customers through technical service and identifying new product opportunities
- Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Review treatment programs and processes in territory accounts to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring
- Coach and mentor indirect reports as needed
- Conduct site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the operations of territory plants and new customer sites
- Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities to expand territory
- Manage account profitability through monitoring pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable
- Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements
- Have previous experience in Industrial Water Treatment, especially within Wastewater and Municipal Markets
- Possess strong relationship management skills
- Have documented results using a consultative sales process
- Be able to establish relationships at all levels of management
- BS Degree related to science preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Comfortable traveling up to 50%. Some overnights required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,730.00 and $134,550.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
