Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Infrastructure Solutions Business Account Manager to join our Infrastructure Solutions Business Group in NSW, reporting to the Senior Product Manager – IS BG.


As the Infrastructure Solutions Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving outcomes and managing key relationships with large enterprise and government customers, direct accounts, IT distributors and key SI partners for ASUS ISBG (Infrastructure Solutions Business Group) server hardware solutions across Australia and New Zealand. The position focuses on direct engagement with enterprise accounts, while strengthening and expanding ASUS’s presence in the server hardware market.


Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans for large enterprise customers to drive revenue growth and market share for ASUS ISBG server solutions.
  • Managing and growing existing enterprise accounts while actively identifying and acquiring new large enterprise business opportunities.
  • Leading the process from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Providing accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting on evolving win-rates and other performance metrics.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at enterprise customer organisations, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. IoT and OP CPMs, Marketing, Product Administration, Technical Support) to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and partnership agreements with enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Coordinating customer participation in key events, technology workshops, proof-of-concept activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Staying up to date with server hardware industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the enterprise segment.
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the team to ensure consistent and effective enterprise account management.


Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on server hardware and large enterprise and government customers, IT distributors and SIs
  • Proven track record in promoting server hardware solutions (rack servers, AI servers, storage servers, or related infrastructure) at a vendor, large SI or distributor level
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise IT hardware market, data centre infrastructure, and enterprise procurement processes
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at executive levels (C-level, CIO, CTO, Infrastructure Directors)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM Management tools (Salesforce etc) and Microsoft 365 suite
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering outcomes in a dynamic, target-driven environment
