Latte is recruiting a PR Account Manager to join a B Corp-certified, purpose-led PR agency. This is a unique opportunity to pivot into a pure creative role over the next 12 months. You'll work across consumer and purpose-led accounts for a broad range of sectors.
- Location: London
- Flexibility: Hybrid - 3 office days/week
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

About the job
Key responsibilities:
- Start in a blended role across PR account management and mid-weight creative tasks.
- Transition into a pure creative position over the first 12 months.
- Work across consumer and purpose-led accounts for a broad range of sectors.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to learn creative ideation and strategic execution.
- Help solve client comms challenges through creative, human-interest narratives.
About you
The ideal candidate:
- You are currently a PR Account Manager who wants to transition into a creative-only path.
- You are known in your current agency for being the person who brings the best campaign ideas.
- You have an interest in purpose-led work and balancing profit with positive impact.
- You don’t need experience running a full creative process yet, but you must have the instinct for creative storytelling.
