Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager drives sales growth in Kyrgyzstan by achieving sales plans, managing sales team, and leading distributor negotiations. This role ensures compliance with contracts, conducts audits and trainings, as well as enhances merchandising activities to maximize sales opportunities and foster strong partnerships.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Sales target achievement
- Ensure smooth and efficient relationships with partners
- Contract management, project management
- Ensure achievement of KPI's
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and hoc reporting
- Close work with cross-functional departments
- Organization and control of sales and merchandising team activities
- 6+ years of working experience in Sales, Customer Development in FMCG sector
- Distributor management experience
- Strong influencing skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
- Analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality
- Creative and a strategic thinker
- A strong CAN-DO attitude, growth mindset
- Accountability, responsibility, collaboration
- Entrepreneurial mindset (to lead projects end to end with ownership)
- English language proficiency C1
- Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive the action
- Ability and drive to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diversified team.
