The Role: Strategic ICT Sales and Client Relationship Management
This role is centered on driving aggressive ICT sales growth and managing the overall commercial relationship within a defined territory or industry vertical. You will be responsible for identifying and expanding business with high-value accounts, leading both direct sales and partner initiatives, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for complex ICT solutions
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets by pursuing new business and expanding the market footprint for ICT solutions
- Identify and strategically target key accounts for technology adoption within the defined territory or vertical
- Drive customer satisfaction, manage complex contract negotiations, and develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources (sales, solutions, service) and manage partner resources to meet performance and delivery objectives for ICT projects
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with technology partners to extend market reach and drive solution adoption
- Lead efforts for localized solution development to ensure ICT offerings precisely meet customer needs, in coordination with partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of business development or technical sales experience in the ICT technologies space
- Experience in developing and selling solutions related to ICT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation initiatives
- Proven experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and successfully closing large-scale IT and technology deals
- Experience effectively positioning and selling complex technology solutions into new customer segments and new markets
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a proactive, results-driven attitude
