Title: Investment Banking Associate

We are currently partnered with a leading middle market investment bank actively looking to add an Investment Banking Senior Analyst or Investment Banking Associate to their Oilfield & Industrials Services team in Dallas, TX.

• Opportunity to work with an established and efficient team that focus on deals that come to fruition rather than pitch work.
• Working primarily within M&A across services, equipment, construction, disposal and transportation within oilfields and infrastructure.
• And join a lean team with a clear path for upward mobility and strong leadership to learn form.

The Investment Associate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions
• Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

The Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years within M&A
• Industry experience in either industrials, infrastructure, or technology.
• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Strong closed M&A experience.
