Role Description
The Brady Waters Company (BWC) is seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Inside Sales professional to support business development and sales operations across our industrial automation and electrical products markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, supporting a sales team, and working in a fast-paced technical sales environment.
The Inside Sales professional will be responsible for outbound prospecting calls, CRM ownership and maintenance, inside sales support activities, coordination with outside sales personnel, and assisting customers with quotes, orders, and general sales support. This position works closely with outside sales personnel, manufacturers, and customer service to help drive growth and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
What You'll Do
Lead Development & Sales Support
• Make outbound prospecting calls and qualify leads for outside sales
• Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
• Follow up on campaigns, trade show leads, and manufacturer referrals
• Assist with quotes, proposals, and opportunity tracking
CRM & Sales Administration
• Own the CRM -keep pipeline, interactions, and follow-ups accurate and current
• Support reporting, documentation, and internal coordination
Customer Service Support
• Back up our Customer Service Coordinator during peak periods
• Assist with order entry, quoting, and order tracking
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally
Product Knowledge
• Build working knowledge of our manufacturer product lines
• Participate in manufacturer trainings and product education
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or technical sales
• Self-starter with strong communication skills - phone, email, and CRM
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Team player who aligns with our values of faith, fairness, and integrity
• Industrial electrical sales or automation sales experience a plus
