【Key Responsibilities】
- Drive digital performance marketing for EV models across the German market
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media and performance campaigns to generate and convert qualified leads
- Own and continuously optimize the website and EV configurator with strong focus on UX, conversion, and technology storytelling
- Lead CRM strategy, lead management, and automated customer journeys across digital and retail touchpoints
- Build and optimize data-driven funnels from online engagement to sales conversion
- Collaborate closely with Product, IT, Retail, and HQ teams to align digital platforms with EV technology and commercial goals
- Track and optimize digital KPIs, performance metrics, and conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with European data protection and digital regulations
【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within the automotive, EV, technology, or e-commerce sector
- Proven experience managing paid media and performance campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
- Strong understanding of website management, UX optimization, and digital customer journeys, including configurator and e-commerce environments
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience tracking digital KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics
- Familiarity with European digital regulations and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, IT, retail, and global headquarters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage
- This role ensures that marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns are localized for German consumers, taking into account cultural expectations, language nuances, and local digital platforms
- The role will design and execute performance-driven campaigns across search and automotive platforms to generate brand awareness, leads, and qualified customer traffic for dealerships and online sales channels
- Analyse and build digital tools to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and provide strategic insights that support sustainable growth in Germany
