Vice President of Quality

Mantell Associates is partnered with a confidential, globally recognized organization seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Quality to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across the DACH region.

This is a fully remote leadership role with significant influence on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction at a regional and global scale.

VP of Quality - Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the regional quality strategy aligned with global business objectives
• Lead and develop high-performing quality teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and industry requirements
• Drive a culture of quality, operational excellence, and accountability across the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams
• Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy
• Implement data-driven decision-making and performance metrics to monitor quality outcomes
• Manage audits, inspections, and external stakeholder relationships

VP of Quality - Requirements:

• Extensive experience in senior quality leadership roles (Director/VP level or equivalent)
• Strong background in quality management systems and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, GMP, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading multi-country teams within the DACH region
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and matrixed environment
