YOUR TEAM
You will join the Southern Sales Team at VERO MODA, consisting of seven colleagues from different nationalities. Together, we support our markets with the right tools, coordination and daily follow-up to ensure strong execution.
We work closely with sales representatives, sales managers and internal stakeholders across Buying and other functions. The team is characterised by an open and supportive environment, where we help each other, share knowledge and take pride in delivering quality in everything we do.
YOUR ROLE
In this role, your main focus is to support the sales organisation through coordination, administration and follow-up. You ensure that processes run smoothly, information flows efficiently and that the team has the right foundation to succeed.
Your tasks will include:
- Daily communication with sales representatives and sales managers, ensuring alignment and follow-up
- Placing and handling orders in collaboration with the buying department, including colours, sizes and delivery timelines
- Coordinating product and order-related information across markets and internal stakeholders
- Supporting collection meetings, sales presentations and related administrative tasks
- Following up on order flow, deliveries and stock availability to ensure transparency and overview
- Maintaining sales tools, data and documentation to support the sales teams
- A role where you play a key part in supporting international sales teams and daily operations
- Close collaboration with colleagues across markets and functions

We imagine that you:
- Have experience from an administrative or coordinating role
- Work in a structured and detail-oriented way with strong follow-up skills
- Communicate clearly and feel comfortable working with stakeholders across markets
- Are confident in Microsoft Office and handling data and systems
- Speak and write English fluently
- Have an interest in fashion and sales
