The Role


The Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth, market performance, and product innovation initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals.


You will lead end-to-end brand management—from consumer insights and product development to campaign execution and portfolio growth—while working closely with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure our products continue to resonate with consumers.

What You’ll Be Accountable For


Brand Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, penetration, and market share growth

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth

• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints

• Monitor brand performance and recommend initiatives to achieve business objectives

Product Development & Innovation

• Lead product development initiatives from concept to commercialization in partnership with R&D and Operations

• Identify consumer needs and translate insights into relevant product innovations and improvements

• Manage new product launches, renovations, packaging updates, and portfolio expansion initiatives

• Ensure products align with market demand, profitability targets, and brand direction

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms

• Collaborate with internal and external partners for creative development, activations, and media execution

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data and insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Sales teams to drive trade support and commercial execution

• Work with Supply Chain and Operations to align demand planning and product availability

• Coordinate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis

• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and product excellence

Leadership & Culture

• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement

• Champion consumer-centric and purpose-driven decision making

• Support capability building and innovation within the marketing organization

Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)

• At least 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing

• Proven experience in product development and innovation management

• Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand strategy, and market analysis

• Experience handling integrated marketing campaigns and product launches

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
