Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate team, supporting locations around North America. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical and field service positions, with a strong preference for experience recruiting NETA-certified professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, engineering, skilled trades, electrical services, or industrial field service positions
- Prior experience recruiting for NETA-certified roles or within the electrical power systems, electrical testing, switchgear, transformer, or field service industries strongly preferred
