We are seeking a VP of Ads Experience to lead the product strategy and execution for the Ads Experiences pillar, covering our core and expanded user earning opportunities. This role will own the consumer-facing experiences that translate Fetch’s Ads Types and partner objectives into engaging, measurable outcomes for both users and brands.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with significant leadership responsibility
- Experience leading large consumer product areas or platforms with measurable revenue impact
- Strong understanding of advertising, commerce, marketplace, or rewards ecosystems
- Proven ability to partner deeply with Engineering, Data, and Design leaders to deliver complex, scalable systems
- Experience working with GTM, Sales, and digital advertisers teams to translate product capabilities into commercial success
- Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user experience, partner needs, and business outcomes
- Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams
