Vanta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and ship internal tools that transform how their go-to-market teams operate. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software engineering experience, a strong focus on building and shipping full-stack applications, and experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong focus on building and shipping full-stack applications
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Experience with web frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of how AI and automation can be applied to business workflows
- Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders
- Product mindset
- Ability to move quickly from prototype to production
