Inside Sales & Sales Enablement Lead - 3 month FTC

We are seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Enablement Lead to maximise the commercial team's efficiency and spend most of their time in high-value conversations. The role involves scanning the biotech and life sciences landscape for funding rounds, leadership changes, and partnership news, and translating those signals into actionable briefs for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong HubSpot experience, the ability to write with clarity and credibility, and good instincts for what's signal vs noise.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience

• Good instincts for what's signal vs noise
• Comfortable with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted content tools
• Experience working in complex B2B sales environments
• Confidence engaging with senior commercial and scientific stakeholders
