We are looking for a student assistant to join our user support team in a fully remote position. As a student assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our end users, processing incoming requests and helping with questions about our app and benefit card.

Requirements

  • Process incoming support requests via ticket system (Zendesk)
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate answers to user queries
  • Resolve standard cases independently and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
  • Maintain and improve help center content
  • Work actively with KI agent, identify gaps in automated processing, and provide feedback
  • Document recurring problem patterns and provide targeted feedback to product team
  • Support support team with operational tasks
