SAP Basis Consultant

This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is looking for an experiencedSenior SAP Basis Consultantto lead the administration, monitoring, and optimization of SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system performance, stability, and availability across SAP environments, while also supporting upgrades, migrations, and cloud integration initiatives.

• Manage and administerSAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, GRC, Fiori, etc.).
• Performsystem installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning solutions.
• Managetransport management system (TMS), client copies, system refreshes, and background jobs.
• Work closely with database, OS, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth SAP operations.
• Ensure compliance withsecurity, governance, and audit requirements.
• Implement and manageHigh Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Backup strategies.
• Provide technical support duringcutovers, go-lives, and project rollouts.
• Mentor junior Basis administrators and act as a subject matter expert in SAP Basis.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience, with strong expertise in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience withS/4HANA, HANA DB, and cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge ofSAP system architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency inuser administration, roles, authorizations, and security concepts.
• Experience withSAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, EWA).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

• SAP Basis or HANA Certification.
• Experience inSAP Cloud Platform (BTP)and hybrid environments.
• Exposure to large-scale global rollouts and multi-system landscapes.
