Introduction
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Cross-Border E-Commerce & China Sales Manager to lead our online sales and channel development activities in China on elementre dermo cosmetics.
This role will manage our Chinese partners across: cross-border e-commerce platforms, domestic online sales channels, key wholesalers and distribution partners, as well as relationships with major KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and livestreaming sales partners and agencies.
The ideal fluent Chinese-speaking candidate has strong knowledge of China’s digital commerce ecosystem, hands-on platform management experience, and the commercial drive to grow brand visibility and sales across multiple channels.
Key Responsabilities
- Manage Chinese partners across cross-border e-commerce, domestic online sales, wholesale, and distribution channels
- Oversee and grow cross-border and domestic e-commerce platforms including Tmall, JD, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and related channels
- Develop and manage relationships with KOLs, livestream partners, MCNs, and digital sales agencies
- Coordinate online campaigns, livestream activities, product launches, and promotional programs
- Monitor sales performance, platform operations, and market trends to drive growth
- Expand and support wholesaler, distributor, and retail partner networks across China
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support revenue growth initiatives
- Coordinate with internal marketing, logistics, and customer service teams, as well as external Chinese partners and agencies
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of China’s digital commerce ecosystem, including cross-border and domestic e-commerce
- Hands-on experience managing Chinese partners, distributors, agencies, and online sales channels
- Experience with Tmall, JD, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, livestream commerce, and KOL management
- Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple external partners and projects simultaneously
- Analytical, organized, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- 5+ years of relevant experience in China e-commerce, channel sales, or business development

- 能够同时管理多个外部合作伙伴及项目
- 结果导向,具备优秀的组织能力及创业精神
- 良好的沟通能力及跨文化协作能力
- 中英文流利
- 5年以上中国电商、渠道销售或业务拓展相关经验
