The Data Analyst Staff is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the company make informed business decisions. This role involves interpreting data trends, generating reports, and providing insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for easy data interpretation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Support different departments by providing data-driven recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times
- Assist in improving data collection and reporting processes
- Experience with logistics or operations data (if applicable)
- Ability to work with large dataset
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
