GTM - Senior Director, Broadcom VMware Practice

The Senior Director of the Broadcom VMware Practice is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and delivery execution of the organization's VMware-focused business, aligned with Broadcom's evolving VMware portfolio.

Requirements

- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Broadcom VMware practice - Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and profitability targets - Identify new service offerings aligned with Broadcom VMware portfolio - Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales leadership - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Broadcom/VMware leadership - Partner with sales teams to support large, strategic deals - Provide executive sponsorship on key pursuits - Shape complex VMware solutions (cloud, infrastructure, EUC, networking, security) - Ensure strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy - Oversee delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and project profitability - Establish best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets - Manage risk, escalations, and continuous improvement initiative - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of architects, consultants, and practice leaders - Develop certification and skills roadmap aligned to Broadcom VMware requirements - Attract, retain, and develop top technical and consulting talent
