Duties:

  • Managing a residential portfolio averaging about 150 properties,
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs using systems like Property Me
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing lease renewals, entries, and exits smoothly
  • Resolving tenancy matters with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless client experience

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing your own residential portfolio
  • Current Queensland Salesperson Registration
  • Queensland Drivers' License
  • Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
