Product Manager - Home Lending

The Home Lending Product Team makes a significant contribution to the Bank’s Aspire strategy and to supporting the Bank’s customers and financial outcomes. You will work within your team to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll make an impact by:
- You will work closely with the Customer Experience, Digital and Marketing teams to develop customer focused products and propositions.
- You will work with team members across the wider business including but not limited to finance and treasury to ensure forecasting is accurate and well considered market conditions and competition.
- You will work with internal stakeholders on the preparation of monthly reporting and ad-hoc data requests both internally and from the government and regulators. These requests are core requirements for participation in the scheme
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 5-7 years experience in a Product Management or similar role in Retail Banking (or Financial Services)
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to lead initiatives and make appropriate decisions in-line with authority
- Strong research, data and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- You have completed a degree or higher in business, finance or marketing .
