German-Speaking SDR – AI SaaS (DACH Market)

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: €40k–€50k base + €15k–€20k OTE

The Role

As an SDR, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, working closely with Account Executives to create high-quality sales opportunities.

• Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify decision-makers and build a strong pipeline
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives
• Work towards achievable monthly targets (5–10 meetings)
• Learn and position AI-driven solutions to customers

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German (essential) and strong English
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Resilient, motivated, and interested in a career in sales
• Comfortable with outbound activity and engaging new people

Experience is flexible – open to graduates, junior SDRs, or candidates from customer-facing roles such as retail or call centres.
