Job Description:
In this role as a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of projects for key accounts at P&B. Working closely with an Account Supervisor, you’ll help serve as a primary day-to-day client contact and partner closely with strategy, creative, content, media, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard.
You’ll also develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, audiences, and goals to identify new strategic and growth opportunities for both the client and the agency.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner, managing communication, expectations, and overall account health
- Lead projects from brief through final delivery, including timelines, scopes, approvals, and cross-functional coordination
- Develop clear, strategic creative briefs that provide teams with actionable direction and context
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, status calls, and workshops with confidence and professionalism
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and operational challenges, and work collaboratively to solve them before they impact delivery
- Partner closely with strategy, creative, media, content, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and strong client outcomes
- Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to grow client relationships and agency business
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of account management experience in an agency environment
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing multiple complex marketing projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and navigate challenges effectively
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative in a remote environment
- A positive, professional attitude and passion for strong creative work
What we’d like to see:
- Experience working with marketing technology tools (marketing automation, CRM, content management, web analytics)
- Experience working with clients in complex business models/offerings and managing multiple projects at once
