About the role:
The Assistant PRO will support Zutari’s government relations and administrative processes in Abu Dhabi. The role includes assisting with official documentation, liaising with government authorities, and maintaining employee and company records to support compliance with UAE requirements.
This role would suit a well-organised and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently and provide support to employees and internal teams.
In line with our Emiratisation objectives and Zutari’s commitment to developing local talent, this position is open to UAE National candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with visa, labour permit, Emirates ID, and other government-related applications and renewals
- Liaise with relevant UAE government departments and service centres
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration
- Maintain accurate records of visas, permits, licences, and related documentation
- Monitor expiry dates and support timely renewals
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other internal teams on government-related matters
- Provide general administrative support to the PRO function
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid family book
- Diploma or degree preferred
- Previous experience in PRO, administration, HR, or government relations is advantageous
- Familiarity with UAE government processes would be beneficial
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Arabic and English preferred
