Finished Goods Warehouse Staff

Receive, store, and issue parts and other items for stockroom/warehouse. Keep records and compile stock reports.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receive and check stock items from Production Section (consider only items that are properly packed and/or arranged with tag).
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Responsible for the submission of Parts Receiving and Releasing form every morning to Material Controller
• In charge of releasing of items (checking of parts based on assembly WOPS or as per instruction from Production Planner).
• Daily checking of parts ready for assembly in Parts Warehouse Monitoring to release Assembly WOPS in production.
• In charge of releasing of items for delivery based on Delivery Pickup List from Planner
• Continuous updating of parts monitoring (both semi-finished and finished goods) considering incoming and outgoing.
• Performs other related tasks from time to time.

Qualifications/Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least one year of working experience in the related field
• Preferably 1-4 years experience in a manufacturing or production operation setting
• Must posses reasonable analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Team Player
