Role Overview


Primary Function: As Distributor Management Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of defined sales operations KPIs and validates compliance of field sales in both

general and modern trade channels of the assigned territory. You will ensure that Rebisco's sales procedures and controls are adequate, operating properly and in compliance with sales policies and standards.


Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
  • With at least 5 years related work experience in the same capacity
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
  • Proficient in Sales Process and Systems
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas, assigned within GMA, and open to fieldwork
