💰 $125K Base – $250,000 OTE (Uncapped)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of a fastest-growing company in the life sciences services industry. They are looking to expand their national footprint across certification, testing, and compliance services.


This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a full-cycle role and wants to sell essential, compliance-driven services into highly regulated industries where demand is must not a nice to have.


Key Responsibilities

Sell compliance-driven services such as:

  • Cleanroom certification
  • Laboratory calibration
  • Controlled environment validation


• Conduct full-cycle sales in a primarily virtual environment (video, phone, and digital communication), including discovery, presentations, and closing

• Build and manage a strong pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and existing account expansion

• Execute a consistent outbound prospecting strategy to generate new opportunities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal and close

• Identify and close cross-sell opportunities within existing customer base

• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting within CRM

• Collaborate with operations to ensure proper scoping and service delivery


What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

• Proven ability to generate pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts

• Experience managing full sales cycles and closing new business

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and operational stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
