- Serve as an ambassador of our methodology (Support, Audit, Training), ensuring best practices are consistently applied across all projects.
- Lead and supervise the operations team, including consultants, developers, and team leads.
- Work closely with team managers to coach and support employees, ensuring that a maximum number of team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the production team managers.
- Oversee and plan operational capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery and proactive issue resolution.
- Deploy ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
- Configure ERP modules based on functional requirements.
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle project planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up.
- Provide ongoing software support when required
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Collaborate with and report to the Group Quality & Method Director to implement new quality initiatives and support the training of teams on quality and methodological standards.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
