Role & Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues on-site in Geneva.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to document issues, track resolutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and hardware components.
• Coordinate with higher-tier support teams for issue escalation and resolution follow-up.
• Maintain an organized inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure proper documentation of support activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop management
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and network issues
• Hands-on experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work on-site in Geneva and participate in rotational support
• Preferred
• Knowledge of Active Directory and IT asset management
• Prior experience working in a support engineering role in a corporate environment
