To support our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Distribution Account Manager to strengthen and further develop our distribution business across ASEAN countries.
Job Purpose:
To drive sustainable distribution sales growth across the South East Asia region by developing strategic distributor relationships, strengthening our channel partner ecosystem, supporting partner activation and expanding Hanwha Vision’s market presence through our distribution network.
The role:
As Distribution Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing our distribution channel and driving sustainable growth through our strategic distribution partners.
You will be responsible for managing and strengthening existing distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting partner recruitment and activation, and ensuring that our distributors are fully enabled to position Hanwha Vision successfully in the market. Stock management and demand planning will also play an important part in our continued growth journey.
You will work closely with the sales teams, reseller partners, Marketing, Product Management, Pre-Sales and Operations teams across the region in Asia.
What you will do:
- Manage and develop Hanwha Vision’s distribution partners across South East Asia regions
- Build strong, trusted and long-term relationships with key stakeholders within our distributor network
- Create, implement and follow up on joint business plans with clear objectives, growth initiatives and regular performance reviews
- Drive profitable sell-in and sell-out growth through structured distributor engagement
- Support the recruitment and activation of new channel partners through distribution
- Promote and strengthen the Hanwha STEP partner program within the distributor and reseller ecosystem
- Work closely with distributor sales teams to increase product knowledge, solution awareness and sales confidence
- Plan and execute sales enablement activities, partner trainings, webinars, lunch & learns and joint customer activities
- Manage regular forecasting discussions, including pipeline, stock levels, product mix and availability
- Monitor distributor performance, sales development and market potential
- Plan, implement and follow up on distributor marketing activities together with the local Marketing team
- Support joint marketing activities, campaigns, partner events, roadshows, trade fairs and demand generation initiatives
- Track the ROI and effectiveness of distributor marketing activities and sales initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and partner feedback
- Share relevant market insights with the leadership team and the wider Hanwha Vision APAC organization
- Maintain accurate forecasting, structured opportunity management and clear sales reporting
- Deliver against agreed sales, development and performance targets for the region
What we are looking for:
- Several years of experience in distribution sales, channel sales, partner management or account management within a B2B technology environment
- Strong knowledge of the electronic security, video surveillance, IP networking, IT or related technology markets
- Experience working with indirect sales models, distributor structures and partner-led business
- Proven ability to develop distributor relationships, drive sales growth and create long-term partner value
- Good understanding of sell-in, sell-out, stock management, product mix, forecasting and partner performance
- Experience in planning and executing partner marketing activities, promotions and sales campaigns
- Strong commercial mindset combined with a structured and proactive way of working
- Ability to translate strategy into concrete actions and measurable results
- Confident communication and presentation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- A collaborative mindset and a strong team orientation
- High level of self-motivation, ownership and accountability
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; Additional regional languages will be a plus
- Willingness to occasionally travel across ASEAN countries
