Role & Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts within the E-commerce sector to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow existing accounts and onboard new clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and sustain long-term relationships.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on account performance and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the E-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to India for onsite work.
• Preferred
• Experience with B2B sales and relationship management.
• Knowledge of Indian E-commerce market trends and customer behaviors.
