Student Assistant, Employee Relations - Aarhus

If you are an ambitious student with an interest in the field of Human Resources, you have an orientation to detail while also finding energy in working in a fast-paced environment, you will love to be a Student Assistant in the HR team in Arla Foods.

How will you make an impact

You will join a small team of HR colleagues working in Employee Relations in Viby, Aarhus. The team takes care of many different tasks ranging from labour relations to capability building. We are part of the bigger Global HR team carrying out recruitments, payroll administration, learning and development and much more across Arla Foods.

As one of two student assistants in Employee Relations, you will mainly be working with supply chain learning, and you will be supporting with tasks such as

• Handling course enrolments.
• Supporting managers, course delegates and other internal stakeholders.
• Communication on various platforms.
• Handling expenses and reimbursements.
• Analysing and presenting data – enrolments, course evaluations etc.

What will make you successful

We are looking for a Student Assistant who works independently once expectations are clear, manages their time well, and stays calm even when handling many tasks at once. You are detail‑oriented, responsible, patient, and service‑minded. You enjoy helping others, feel comfortable working with numbers, and can communicate confidently in both Danish and English.

In addition, you have

• Strong Danish and English skills — written and spoken.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• At least 2 years left of your studies (you must be enrolled in a study programme in Denmark).
• Availability to work approximately 10–15 hours per week.
