We are seeking a Financial Coordinator who’s sharp with numbers, attentive to detail, and passionate about working in a dynamic, creative environment. In this role, you’ll support our finance team in managing everything from day-to-day expenses to monthly reporting. In addition, you will manage two separate brands/business units. If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!


THE ROLE

  • Handle invoices, expenses, and payments with precision to keep things running smoothly.
  • Track and update budgets, ensuring we stay on target with financial goals.
  • Prepare and assist with financial reports, providing clear insights into company performance.
  • Communicate with partners on financial matters like payments and billing.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for easy access, review as well as public filling


YOUR PROFILE

Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years in a similar finance or accounting role.
