Role Description

This full-time on-site Account Executive role is based in the NOIDA Sector -2. The Account Executive will manage Handle day-to-day client coordination for accounting, taxation, ROC, GST, and compliance matters.

Maintain books of accounts and accounting records using Tally/Zoho/ERP software.

Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and MIS reports.

Assist in GST return filing, TDS compliance, and basic income tax work.

Coordinate with internal CA team for audit and compliance documentation.

Manage client data, documentation, and follow-up for pending compliances.

Support incorporation, annual filing, and other ROC-related assignments.

Maintain proper records of payments, receivables, and statutory due dates.

Communicate professionally with clients through email and calls.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Inter CA / CMA pursuing preferred.
• Experience in CA Firm, consultancy, or accounting profile preferred.

Candidate from legal, taxation, accounting, or compliance background.

Comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups.

Knowledge of MCA, GST portal, and compliance processes will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and ROC compliances.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
