About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity sales and a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. This role will be responsible for driving direct sales across large enterprise and BFSI accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in security solution sales within a Vendor/OEM environment, along with strong CXO-level relationships and a hunter mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve assigned sales quota through direct customer engagement
- Manage and grow large, complex enterprise and BFSI accounts
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships across customers and partners
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting and pipeline development (minimum 4X coverage)
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers for technical solutioning and support
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle while aligning with company policies and revenue guidelines
- Leverage and expand channel ecosystem
- Travel extensively within the region as required
Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions
- Mandatory: Direct Vendor/OEM sales experience in selling cybersecurity products/solutions
- Proven experience selling into large enterprise and BFSI accounts
- Strong understanding of network security, SOC, and cybersecurity solution stack
- Demonstrated track record of consistent quota achievement
- Established network of customers, partners, and CXO relationships in the region
- Strong new business hunting mindset with the ability to close complex deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
- Direct Vendor/OEM sales experience is essential (non-negotiable)
- Strong direct selling experience (not limited to channel-led sales)
- Proven ability to independently drive and close large, complex deals
- Candidates with only System Integrator (SI), channel, or partnership-focused experience will not be considered
- Clear ownership of revenue targets, pipeline, and customer engagement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
