• Manage client accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

• Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams for requirement closures

• Handle C2H hiring requirements for product-based clients

• Support delivery management and account growth activities

• Track interviews, offers, onboarding, and hiring progress

• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Experience in IT Staffing & C2H Hiring

✔ Delivery Management & Account Management exposure

✔ Client-facing communication skills

✔ Experience working with Product-based Companies

✔ Understanding of recruitment lifecycle & onboarding process

✔ Business Development support experience preferred
