  • Translate strategy into clear regional execution plans, ensuring consistency while allowing for market‑specific nuances.
  • Identify growth opportunities across client segments, jurisdictions, and service lines, including structured cross‑selling initiatives.
  • Own global commercial planning, forecasting, and pipeline governance across all regions.
  • Lead regular forecasting, performance, and pipeline review forums with regional teams and senior management.
  • Ensure data‑driven decision‑making through clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance analytics.

  • Ensure commercial risk is well managed and appropriately escalated in line with GI governance standards.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Client Solutions, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless execution across the client lifecycle.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior regional commercial leaders, building a strong and sustainable leadership bench.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountable commercial culture.
  • Serve as a key senior commercial voice to internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
  • Represent the commercial function in strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and business reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive senior commercial leadership experience within professional services, financial services, or regulated environments.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑region commercial teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in commercial strategy, forecasting, pricing, and governance.
