Job Title: Technical Account Manager / Presales Consultant

Experience: 7–15 Years

Location: Bangalore-Hybrid

Shift-2-10 PM

Job Summary:

Client is looking for a client-facing Technical Account Manager with strong experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, and Account Management. This role is primarily focused on supporting enterprise client solutioning, proposal management, stakeholder engagement, and account growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable acting as a bridge between clients, sales, presales, and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth solution alignment and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposal creation, solution positioning, and bid management

• Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and design suitable technology/service solutions

• Conduct client discovery sessions, solution presentations, demos, workshops, and executive discussions
