ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Client Partner who will own, nurture, and grow existing client accounts for NewVision.
This role is focused on:
- Strengthening long-term client relationships
- Expanding engagement footprint within accounts
- Driving sustainable revenue growth through consultative selling
The role requires a strong ability to understand client business priorities, identify growth opportunities, and translate them into scalable technology engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Ownership & Growth
- Own and drive revenue growth within assigned client accounts
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client objectives
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the account
Client Relationship Management
- Build deep, trusted relationships across business and technology stakeholders
- Engage with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for the client
Consultative Engagement
- Proactively identify both stated and latent client needs
- Connect client challenges with NewVision’s service offerings
- Provide insight-driven recommendations, not just reactive solutions
Opportunity & Pipeline Management (Within Accounts)
- Manage the full lifecycle of opportunities within existing accounts
- Work with internal teams to shape solutions, proposals, and commercials
- Maintain a healthy and predictable account pipeline
Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Drive high client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and proactively address concerns
- Contribute to NPS improvements and relationship strength
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with delivery, practice, and leadership teams to execute account strategy
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes
- Support contract renewals, negotiations, and account governance
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM data and account tracking
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements
- Support invoicing cycles and facilitate timely payments through client engagement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or account growth roles within IT services or consulting
- Proven track record of growing existing client accounts (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of software development and IT services delivery models
- Experience working with enterprise or global clients
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience working with large global enterprise clients will be an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications (CBRM, PMP, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
