Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for managing and incubating key sellers in order to build fundamentals, grow GMV, and ensure the longterm success for platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers under your portfolio to gain commitment and stickiness in the platform.
- Negotiate best deals from sellers to ensure platform’s competitiveness in the market.
- Maintain and improve seller’s service quality or operation to provide best in class customer experience.
- Manage daily operation to excellence both productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to connect the dot and find opportunities to support the seller's growth.
- Understand some market insight related to your categories to determine consumer trends and convert it into opportunities to platform.
- Track your progress and review with team leader in weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of working experience in an account management or sales team management
- Highly motivated willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Native in Thai and intermediate in English
- Expertise in relevant category management is a plus
- Expertise in e-commerce / social commerce is a plus
- Good analytical and logical thinking would be a plus
