About The Role
As the Partnership Marketing Manager at Henry Schein One (HS One), you will oversee our national partnership with our parent organization, Henry Schein. You’ll be responsible for driving operational alignment, execution excellence, and measurable commercial growth. You will be the key liaison across field teams, leadership, marketing, product, billing, support, and operations, ensuring the partnership becomes one of HS One’s largest and most predictable lead engines. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver results that directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead and coordinate strategic and operational workstreams across HS One and Henry Schein, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment
- Manage steering committees, executive syncs, regional leadership sessions, and field-facing engagements
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless collaboration across teams
- Own partnership reporting, including lead generation, demo progression, closed-won performance, time-to-close, conversion rates, closed-lost analysis, and FSC insights
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Develop and manage internal and external communications related to the HS One x Henry Schein partnership
- Create high-quality presentations, business review materials, field workshops, enablement collateral, leave-behinds, promotional sheets, and program updates
- Own the national Dentrix True-Up program, including communications, usage tracking, customer resolution coordination, and escalations
- Integrate True-Up outcomes into overall performance dashboards and partnership reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate education is a plus
- 4+ years of professional experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, or commercial operations
- Experience managing strategic partnerships or revenue-impacting programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret lead metrics, conversion data, and commercial performance trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead initiatives, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent), reporting, and metrics analysis
- Understanding of SaaS, dental PMS products, or dental industry workflows is a plus
- High degree of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail

Compensation And Benefits
The posted range for this position is between CAD 88,500 and CAD 107,450 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
