About the role:
ASBIS Serbia is looking for an experienced, highly driven, commercially sharp, and market-oriented Product Line Sales Manager (PLSM) to expand and grow our Memory and SSD product portfolio business. This is a high-impact role for a decisive professional who thrives in a fast-paced IT distribution environment, understands market dynamics in real time, and consistently turns strategy into measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibilities for Memory & SSD product portfolio (revenue, margin, market share, stock turnover).
- Develop, expand, and strategically manage the partner network, building strong and lasting relationships with partners and vendors.
- Actively monitor market trends, pricing movements, supply dynamics, and competitor activity to ensure fast, data-driven decision making.
- Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and growth segments.
- Lead pricing strategy and promotional initiatives in alignment with vendor and market positioning.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, partner incentives and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory level, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT distribution, B2B sales, or product/category management (experience in IT component business will be advantage).
- Strong understanding of IT hardware components and market pricing mechanisms.
- Ability to make fast, confident decisions based on market data and commercial insight.
- Highly proactive, performance-driven, and focused on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Awareness of market movements and the ability to anticipate trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Working proficiency in English.
