This role acts as a bridge between customer, global SBU/Sourcing and Sales. This role will also support sales teams on the customer product qualification, technical documentation and pricing for all products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Development for Identified End Use Markets
- Customer need identification
- Liaise with global SBU teams/Sourcing teams for product selection
- Define CTQs thru QFD kind of tools and implement quality plan for the product
- Define GTM strategy
- Training of sales team and distributors.
- Develop case studies for new PFS offerings
- Publish technical articles in relevant industry magazines with help of marketing
- Create product brochures, one-pagers, and application notes with help of marketing
- Support B2B product launches (internal & external communication)
- Liaise with global teams on product selection for existing market segments
- Technical documentation, responses on technical queries
- Product samples and other literature to support business conversion.
- Preferred from similar industry - Films, Industrial Chemicals/Polymers, Sealants and Adhesives
- Good understanding of Marketing/Finance
- Inquisitiveness, ability to sense business opportunity, innovative
- Strong understanding of long B2B sales cycles
- Ability to understand technical polymer-based solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High execution agility
- Structured and process-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with Sales, Technical and Customers
- Digitally aware (LinkedIn, email campaigns, marketing automation exposure preferred)
