The Day-To-Day Activities
- Hunting new clients and maintain strong, long term relationship with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor telecom solutions to meet business objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or concerns
- Stay updated on telecom industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts and support new business development
- Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and client feedback
- Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in telecommunication or tech related industries.
- Added advantage – Strong understanding of telecom services (e.g., mobile, broadband, enterprise solutions)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Positive and energetic personality
