We’re partnering with a fast-growing media intelligence platform that’s scaling rapidly across global markets. Their mission is simple: to help enterprise marketers move faster, scale smarter, and generate real pipeline impact.
As they continue to expand, they’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to be responsible for the renewals of accounts across APAC. You'll have flexibility, and work within a small but very connected team.
The Role
This isn’t a back-seat position. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, owning key client relationships, leading commercial conversations, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of medium to enterprise accounts. From renewals to expansion opportunities, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping client success and business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow relationships with key clients
- Lead renewal conversations and drive retention
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on maximising value
- Use data and insights to tell compelling stories and shape strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred)
- Strong commercial instincts with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Confidence in leading sales meetings and strategic conversations
- A data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable turning insights into action
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
